To secure your reservation, a 30% prepayment via bank transfer to the hotel’s account is required within 3 days of booking. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival, in which case the prepayment will be refunded. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows will not be refunded.
